I am so glad that I brought this new laptop from Lenovo – T14s. It is perfect for my business, it is lightweight and possesses immense performance that supports me through workdays, nights and weekends. I need some support as I am always travelling and can’t afford to lose my data.

It was good to have this conversation as it gave me the insight into the levels of support you offer. I will upgrade to Premier Support with the additional services because that will protect me when I am WFH or in the office and covers me for software related issues and out the box issues.
I recently purchased the T14s from ABC IT Reseller with Premier Support and can contact their support team 24x7 for any issues.
I didn't know you could upgrade support, I will make a note to look into that now.
I am so glad I upgraded to Premier Support, thank you for coming over the next day to fix my laptop so quickly.
I should've upgraded my support after a conversation with my colleague, now I am using a replacement laptop without any of my data whilst my laptop is repaired at a Depot.
