I think upgrading with additional service will be the best option for my daughter, with advanced phone support and next day repairs she will be able to overcome any software or hardware issues to meet her deadlines.

Hi Megan, we have the standard support that the laptop came with. If anything happens we can just send the laptop to have it fixed by Lenovo.

I've got my final point to write up and then make any edits. I am going to the library to finish this now.
I should've upgraded like Lucy so I don't have to worry about software problems or any damages to my laptop.
I was able to make the final changes to my coursework with time to spare, unlike Megan who was working late and spilt her drink, sending her laptop to Depot to fix. With Premium Care I don't have to worry as I know my laptop will be repaired the next day.
This has make me realise I need to upgrade my warranty, I can't afford to not have Premium Care during university as there will be a lot of damages.
So glad we upgraded to Premium Care, this makes my life hassle free knowing I can rely on Lenovo technical support team to help me with any issues.
At least I can sleep easy knowing that Lenovo Premium Care covers me for all damages and I can complete any coursework on time.
