Hello, I am well thanks! I wasn't aware of Premier Support, what do I need to go to upgrade to this warranty? With our schedules we need it!

You are covered by Depot Support which

comes as standard with Lenovo laptops. You can

upgrade to Premier Support.

I am looking to find out what level of support I am covered by? In fact, I didn’t know there was options to upgrade my device until my colleague informed me - ThinkPad L15.
Everyone please send me your dissertations so that I can review these before you submit them for your final grade.
I am so glad that I brought my laptop with Premier Support, without the 24x7x365 IT support available I wouldn’t have been able to fix my screen and help my students meet their dissertation deadline.
I should’ve considered options to upgrade my support earlier, now my students are rushed to finish their dissertations with limited time until their deadline.
Now I have upgrade to Premier Support, I couldn’t go another day without knowing my laptop isn’t covered for all hardware and software issues. .
